You know the work. Learn how to put AI to work on it.

You know which reports take too long, which follow-ups get delayed, and which tasks repeat every week. These workshops help you turn that knowledge into clear instructions, connected steps, and AI workflows you can review and reuse.

01

Start with a real task

Choose a piece of work you understand and define what a useful result looks like.

02

Build a repeatable process

Learn how to give AI context, organize the steps, and put review points where they matter.

03

Check it before you rely on it

Test the output, spot failure points, and decide what still needs your judgment.

Built for the team you’re on.

Finance, sales, marketing, HR and operations all use AI — none of them use it the same way. Pick the card that looks like your week. The workshops below are built around those problems.

Finance card — “By the time you see it, it’s already spent.” A line chart shows actual spend drifting above budget between week 2 and month 3. Track budget versus actuals every week, not every quarter.Sales card — “How much of your week is selling?” A ring chart shows selling as a small slice of the week. Hand the admin to AI and get back to closing.Marketing card — “More content. Less you.” Bars compare the content you ship with how much of it sounds like you. Learn to use AI without losing your voice.HR card — “You got into HR for the people.” Time with people falls while paperwork rises. Hand the paperwork to AI and keep the people part.Operations card — “Your process isn’t slow. It’s waiting.” A timeline of request, approval, handoff and done shows most of it spent waiting. Map it, automate the handoffs, keep the judgment.
